We Recommend Suit

We have run your account through our traditional collection process and unfortunately, we have been unsuccessful in collecting your account. We can proceed to send this out to one of our forwarding attorneys to evaluate and file suit on your behalf. To proceed we would need a check for $790. While the account is still being worked on a contingent basis the amount requested is for Court Cost and will go to the local courts where suit is filed.

The fee for this account now goes to 35% as we have had to engage outside legal counsel to help collect on this account. If the debtor files a countersuit then the attorney the account is sent to will be able to handle the defense on their typical hourly basis or you can hire outside counsel for the defense.

The account will be forwarded to a National Law List attorney in the state where the Debtor is located. If the Debtor rises issues with Jurisdiction we can re-forward to an attorney in the jurisdiction the court deems more appropriate however new court cost will be required. If you are in agreement with the terms above and would like to proceed with legal action against your debtor, then please pay the attached invoice and sign and return this letter.
